Who are we

Go-Ahead London is the capital’s largest bus operator, and we employ the overwhelming number of our 8,000 people at 17 garages, mostly in South East, South West, North East and East London.  An award-winning company with a well-regarded industry reputation, we have opened three new garages in the last five years and run a quarter of London’s iconic red bus network on behalf of Transport for London (TfL) using 2,450 vehicles.  

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vehicle Administration: Manage vehicle licensing, Dartcharge, and Congestion Charge for our extensive London fleet.
  • Systems & Data Management: Oversee and audit fleet records, produce insightful reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Engineering & Commercial Support: Assist with MOT scheduling, support garage management, and collaborate with our commercial team.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with the DVSA and TfL to maintain compliance with all legal and operational standards.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

  • Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy in managing fleet data and processes.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across teams.
  • Competent Administration skills: You will be able to demonstrate a high level of competency in administration.
  • Fleet Management Experience: Previous experience in fleet administration and knowledge of MOT processes is preferred.
